IMPORTANT! Buck-Wildz takes pride in providing our customers with the best game attractant and hunting gear available in quality, design, and fit. If for some reason you need to return your game attractant or your other merchandise due to improper fit, defective materials or workmanship, or if you're not completely satisfied, we will either exchange the item or refund your money.

Immediately upon reciept of your merchandise, remove the item(s) from their shipping material, inspect/test for damages and/or try on any garments to ensure proper fit. If you need to return items , please follow these directions:

1) Contact Buck-Wildz.com and explain the reason for the return via phone or email. Return shipping options will also be discussed. 

2) Game attractant can only be returned if unopened. Opened bags will not be accepted.

3) Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unless previos arrangements have been made with Buck-Wildz. No exceptions, we cannot accept returns after 14 days. 

4) Merchandise must be returned in NEW Condition, free of dirt, smoke, animal hair, etc. If not, the customer will be charged for cleaning the item(s), or may not recieve full credit for the returned item(s).
